These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between the player ("you") using the 168slop platform and its services, and 168slop ("we"). By viewing this page or using our services, you are considered to have accepted this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may only register one account. We may cross-check payment methods, and if we find that more than one account was opened by the same person, the same IP address, or the same device, the duplicate accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name and accurate contact details when registering an account. If the information provided is found to be false, we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must keep your account login details (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If your account is hacked or a security breach occurs, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Although we provide SSL encryption and technical security measures, we cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from a player's own actions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

This platform accepts KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay as deposit methods. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Once the required checks are completed, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Players may only withdraw using the same deposit method they used to fund their account.

4.3 Financial Verification

5. Welcome Bonus and Promotions

The 168slop welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you an account balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

Example — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you an account balance of 320,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

If a breach of bonus terms is detected, we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonus abuse, hedging bets, or any style of play designed solely to clear the bonus requirement is not allowed.

6. VIP Levels and Cashback

The 168slop VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze members can earn up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Tier upgrades are determined by us based on each player's play activity. We reserve the right to amend VIP terms and conditions.

7. Game Rules

7.1 Fair Play

Players must play all games on 168slop honestly and fairly. Attempting to exploit the game system, using bots or automated software, or masking your location via a VPN to gain access are all strictly prohibited.

7.2 Game Decisions

If a game is not completed due to a technical issue (network error, game freeze), the outcome will be determined based on our server records. This decision is final.

7.3 Individual Play

Players must play only from their own account. Playing on behalf of another person through your account is not permitted.

8. Restricted Regions and Limitations

This platform is intended for players in Myanmar. However, we are unable to process funds for individuals accessing the platform from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Players are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos and software on the 168slop website are the property of 168slop. Copying, distributing or modifying them in any form without our written permission is not allowed.

10. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held directly responsible for losses arising from technical faults, server outages, or payment service failures. We make no guarantees regarding winnings. By playing, players are deemed to have accepted that losses can occur.

11. Account Suspension and Freezes

We may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

When there is clear evidence of a breach of this agreement
When there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering
When bonus abuse is detected
When the player requests it themselves
When required due to legal obligations

If an account closure is found to be legitimate, we will make every effort to return any valid remaining balance, but funds arising from improper activity will be withheld.

15. Amendment and Continued Effect of this Agreement

If any clause in this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses continue to be in effect. If there is a discrepancy between 168slop's translation and the original (Burmese) version, the Burmese version shall prevail.
